CPU가 두 개 있을 때 "소켓"은 각 CPU를 마더보드에 장착하는 물리적 접점을 지칭합니다. 시스템에 두 개의 CPU를 설치할 수 있는 경우, 각 CPU마다 별도의 소켓이 존재하며, 이는 듀얼 소켓 (Dual Socket) 시스템이라고 합니다. 이 경우:

Overwok : 과근하다.

overtime과 overwork 은 의미상의 차가 있는데, overtime은 우리가 흔히 말하는 야근이고, overwork은 일을 추가로 더 하는 것을 의미한다 .

paper work : 서류작업

launch (= Roll out)  : 런칭하다.

Short on time : 시간이 모자르다.

ex)I ‘m short on time : 나 시간이 모잘라 ㅠㅠ

Delay 와 postpone 차이

Delay 는 10시 -> 10시반 이렇게 비슷한 시간대로 미룰때 주로 사용하고,
화요일 -> 수요일 이렇게  큰 단위로 미루는 것을 postpone을 사용한다 .

Follow up : 요청한 것에 대한 진행상황을 확인해달라는 의미
